University of Economics in Prague graduates in labour market

This thesis is focused on labour market integrtation problems of graduates of University of Economics in Prague (UoE). The theoretical part shows advantages and disadvantages of graduate status, presents current trends in employment of graduates and offers known methods how to subsidy an assertion based on cooperation between academic and entrepreneurial area. The practical part issues from findings acquired by process of the theoretical part. This part is based on data analysis among influaential companies cooperating with UoE concernig actual percieved grade of the graduates from UoE and on data analysis of satisfaction with this cooperation systém. Last part is oriented on factual recommendations for behalving the assertion of graduates from UoE
