Proces of integration of the Czech Republic in the CTP of the EU

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to explain how the Czech Republic intervenes in order to pilot its interests in formation of the Common Trade Policy of the European Union. In chapters I characterize the Common Trade Policy of the EU, the instruments of the CTP of the EU applied in practise and also union and international legislative framework of the Common Trade Policy of the EU. Part of the thesis is devoted to the most relevant trade treaties of the EU with third countries. Crucial part of the project engage in the strategy of advocacy of the interests of the Czech Republic in the EU and in export policy applied by the Czech Republic. The project presents appraisal of the systems which the Czech Republic uses in order to succeed with its prepositions by the EU
