Personality at teamwork

This paper is divided between practical and theoretical part. Theoretical part defines essential constructs out of personality psychology, which provides foundation for improvement personality typology at practical part. Further section of theoretical part defines constructs like group and team. For that section I gathered information from the theory of work psychology particular organization psychology. Last but not least final section of theoretical part defines team roles. Practical part contains from hypotheses formulation, here I defined which psychological types should matches which team roles. Next section of practical part is focused on description of next steps leading to the verification of my hypotheses
