The Czech EU Council Presidency – priorities in justice and home affairs issues

This work is devided into 5 main parts. The first two parts, about the European union and the Czech EU Council Presidency, cover the main information about the European union functioning and Council Presidency system and includes both, concrete information about the Czecch Council Presidency and key information, which are necessary to understand following parts of that work. The second part of the work deal with the priorities in justice and home affairs issues within the European union and monitor their progress in the last years, but mainly during the Czech Council Presidency in 2009
