Internal audit and process optimization

Changes in understanding the role of internal audit and the changing needs of executive managers leads to the more frequent use of internal auditors as independent consultants. The aim of this diploma paper is to acquaint the reader with a wide range of activities and principles of the internal audit work of internal auditors.
