Marketing strategy of the company providing services

This thesis focuses on the marketing strategy of Golf Club Český Krumlov, a newly established company, which deals with golf services in South Bohemia, a region attractive for tourism, including the world famous historical town of Český Krumlov. The goal of this thesis is to introduce the activities and operation of Golf Club Český Krumlov, to analyse its current marketing strategy, and to suggest possible changes to this strategy. I achieved this goal by applying various marketing analyses and by conducting survey among current customers. Based on results of these analyses, I suggested changes that could help this company to keep its current customers and attract new ones
