Institutions of consumers' protection - comparation of the Czech Republic and Spain

The subject of this bachelor thesis is not only the characteristics of state administration bodies and civil organizations, which deal with the consumer protection, but also the determination of essential legal enactments, which regulate consumers' problems, and in the end also propagation of information for consumers in mass media. The objective of this thesis is presentment and comparison of institutions of consumer protection in the Czech Republic and in the other member country of European Union -- Spain
