Animation services in tourism destinations and hotels

The thesis discusses animation in tourism. The first part of the thesis theoretically specifies meaning of animation and the topics with a direct connection to it. It explains the importancy of leisure time as a main element affecting tourism. Furthermore, it gives an idea of historical developement of animation and its connection to the club tourism. It also deals with the typology of animation, animation teams and animators. The practical part evaluates animation services mainly from the human resources' point of view. It concerns mainly with the training on a work of animators and evaluates training within individual entertainment agencies
