This bachelor thesis deals with the franchising as a possibility for beginning entrepreneurs to enter a new market.It describes the idea od franchising, its advantages and disadvantages and the development of this system in the world and in Czech Republic. In the second part it informs about financing possibilities and concentrates on KB's financing programs
