Asylum policy of the Slovac Republik

The main objective of the thesis is to describe the process of europeanization of asylum policy in the Slovac Republic conditions. Considering the changes resulting from the European integration and applying the theoretical backround of the notion "europeanization", the thesis confronts the situation before and after joining the European union. The system comparation reflects also statistical figures and records the cardinal alterations in the legislative area. A space is provided also to the characteristics of the relevant legislative acts and the aspects encouraging the europeanization in Slovakia
