Practice Requirements for the Competence in Students newly Graduated from the Faculty with Diplomas in the Managerial Sphere of Studies

In my bachelor thesis I have dealt with key competences according to which we can divide managers into two main groups: successful managers and the average ones. The aim of the thesis was to find out what kind of competences are required by most employers from students newly graduated from the faculties focused on teaching managerial disciplines, how are their expectations met, and to what extent the graduates of the Faculty of Management are equipped with these required skills after having graduated from the Faculty of VŠE in Jindřichův Hradec
