The development of credit transactions of building societies in the Czech Republic

The work concentrates on the development of credit transactions of building societies in the Czech Republic. At first, readers first get to know about the genesis of building savings industry and legislation. Then follows description of different kinds of credits: regular credits and bridging loans, including offers of building societies. The rest of the work deals with development of credits given of building societies in the Czech Republic. Time series analysis is used for identifying trends and on the basis of its results the author makes prediction of the near future in this branch. Confrontation of the model with reality and author's own evaluation closes the work
