Position of men and women on the present labour market

The objective of my bachelor thesis, as it is already in the title, was to provide an overview of the current situation of the labor market with focus on men and women from view of the policy of equal opportunities.I have discussed the legislative framework, which concerns this issue. I tried to clarify the situation in the Czech Republic labor market by using statistical data and I also mentioned working conditions with focus on flexible working arrangements and discrimination in the workplace. The practical part of my thesis deals with status of women and men in cooperation with employees of the personal placement services in the Czech Republic
