Land-use planning and it's present practices in Czech republic - village Odrava as an example

This bachelor work is concerned with the land-use planning and it's present practices in Czech republic. To foreshadow the contemporary practicising in the land-use planning we have used a small west-bohemian village Odrava as an example, where the land-use plan is processing by own suggestion. Besides the preparation process and the authorization of the land-use planning documents, a problem of the new building act number 183/2006 in comparison to an old building act number 50/1976 is foreshadowed here
