Process of mortgage loans in conditions of Czech bank's system

This bachelor thesis is divided into several parts. The first chapter is about characteristic of mortgage loan, legislative definition of mortgage loan and more focused on mortgage-bond. Next chapter is about history of Czech mortgage market, mortgage laws in Czech Republic. Part of this thesis is about current situation on market which is affected by mortgage crisis in USA. Thesis also contains administration of credit risk by mortgage bank, property security for a debt. There is also comprehensive information about process of mortgage loan. Bachelor thesis provides global view of mortgage markets and loans in Czech Republic
