Attraction and selection of employees

This Bachelor thesis deals with the processes of attraction and selection of empolyees in the company ČSAD Vsetín, Inc. Its theoretical part describes the principles of personal management in the form of human resource management and features rules and recommended procedures of attraction and selection of employees. Practical part presents the company ČSAD Vsetín, Inc., analyses the means of filling seats of the "bus driver" and "engineering-economic worker" which simultaneously compares with the accepted theory, clarifies advantages of chosen procedures, eventually suggests solutions of their drawbacks
