En el presente trabajo se analizó el contenido de ácidos cafeoilquínicos en 11 especies argentinas de Compuestas usadas en medicina popular como colagogas, coleréticas y digestivas. La presencia de un alto porcentaje de estos compuestos en las plantas investigadas justificaría su uso folklórico.The caffeoylquinic acids content of 11 Argentine Compositae, selected among the most used as colagogues, choleretics and digestives was analyzed.
