BCM-CFM is Non-Governmental Organisation that provides care to children with HIV/AIDs and their families. Baylor College of Medicine provides out-patient clinic services and outreach activities. It employs over 200 employees. In 2013, BCM-CFM conducted an Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) which was designed to evaluate the satisfaction levels of the employees against the performance management system that is in place. The survey revealed that employees were not satisfied with the appraisal system that is in place. The respondents strongly disagreed to the statement that their compensation matches their performance.
