ABSTRAK Nurul Huda, (2019): Analisis Kemampuan Siswa Menggunakan Tanda Baca dalam Menulis Teks Deskriptif Paragraf dari SiswaKelas Dua di SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang Kota. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesalahan siswa dalam menggunakan tanda baca dalam menulis paragraf deskriptif kelas dua di SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang Kota. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti meminta siswa untuk menulis teks pendek untuk menilai kesalahan siswa dalam menggunakan tanda baca dalam menulis paragraf deskriptif.
