Rule of article 74 UUPT have regulation of CSR of Voluntary become mandatory. Philosophically that arrangement is based of article 33 paragraph (3) and (4) UUD 1945, while from its empirical fact is not quit of environmental impact and damage which generated by activity mining of it self.
