A comprehensive study of dynamic long C2(t) and infinitive range C3(t) correlations in the transmission speckle pattern of multiply scattered light is presented. These correlations are fundamental deviations from classical transport theory. Like weak and strong (Anderson) localization they become more important with increasing disorder, i.e. decreasing transport mean free path l* of the propagating waves.First a short introduction to dynamic light scattering both in the single and multiple scattering regime is given. After that a simple intuitive theory for the geometry dependence of C2(t) and C3(t) is derived. The experimental part starts with the first observation and a comprehensive study of long range C2(t) and its dependence on sample ...
