Whithin this thesis a synthesis of Phenanthroviridone derivatives was successfully developed. Thereby, an intramolecular Cobalt catalyzed [2+2+2] cycloaddition of diyne-nitriles or diyne-cyanohydrins was used as the key step of the whole synthesis. Applying this elaborated synthesis several derivatives of the natural product Phenanthroviridone could successfully be synthesized. Cyclization to an Amphimedine derivative failed
