Goals: Not all breast cancer patients with metastatic sentinel lymph node (SLN) have additional metastasis in non-SLN. Many prediction models had been developed for saving of axillary lymph node dissection (ALND). The goals of this study are to identify predictive factors of non-SLN metastasis and to develop simplest prediction model.
