The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship among - organizational commitment. job satisfaction. turnover intention, and culturegap measured by Kilmann & Saxton's culture-gap survey. Kilmann & Saxton's culture gap survey has long been used by practitioners but not investigated by academic side.
