A light microscopic study of 30 cases of primary testis tumors in adults and children, during a period of 1970 to 1980 at Seoul National University Hospital, has been presen ted. 1. These were largely divided into germinal(23 cases) , and nongerminal (7 cases) tumors. Germinal tumors included seminoma (7 cases: 23.3%) , embry 。na l carcinoma(1 case:3.3%) , teratoma(6 cases; 20%) , mixed germ cell tumors(2 cases:6. 796), and stromal tumor with germinal element(l case:3.3%). And nongerminal tumors included gonadal stromal tumor(1 case: 3.3%) , adenomatoid tumor (1 case: 3.3%) , lymphoma(2 cases:6.7%) , and rhabdomyosarcoma( 3 cases:l0%). Excluding lymphoma and rhabdomyoarcoma, the incidence of germinal tumors is 。v e r 90%. 2....
