사용자의 위치를 고려한 맞춤형 위치기반서비스 제공을 위해서는 사용자의 정확한 위치를 추정하는 기법 개발이 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 무선 통신시스템을 기반으로 사용자의 위치를 추적하는 기법에 대한 연구동향을 살펴보고 초광대역 통신시스템에서 지연변수를 이용한 복합형 무선 측위 기법을 제시한다. 먼저, 무선 측위를 위한 초광대역 통신의 장, 단점을 다른 통신시스템과 비교한 후 무선 측위에 사용되는 측위 파라미터에 따른 기법들을 소개하며 현재 진행되고 있는 복합형 무선 측위 기법의 연구동향을 살펴본다. 모의 실험을 통해 얻어진 성능분석결과를 이용하여 지연변수 값으로부터 가시경로의 존재 유, 무를 판단하고 그에 따라 거리 추정값을 선택하는 복합형 측위 기법을 제시한다.;For efficient Localization Based Services, development of accurate localization algorithm has to be preceded.
