Soziale Integration als moderierende Variable für Therapieerfolg und der Einfluss von Selbstwirksamkeitserwartung auf den Therapieerfolg bei Jugendlichen mit einer Suchtmittelbezogenen Störung

The belief in oneself´s capabilities in mastering upcoming tasks is called self-efficacy. It is commonly claimed, that a strong faith in your skills will enhance your chances to be successful overall. In this work, we investigated if young people, who suffer from a Substance Use Disorder, will do better in a drug withdrawal if they have high self-efficacy at the beginning of the rehabilitation. Two factors were collected to reflect the grade of success: a long participation in the therapy and the reaching of a regular ending of the therapy. In addition to that, social integration as a new parameter for therapeutic success was established. Therefore, a questionnaire to classify social integration to the clinical setting was developed and executed
