It is well known that sleep plays an important role in the health of human beings. In the residential buildings, carbon dioxide concentration increasing have adverse effects on sleep quality, which may produce a series of serious diseases. At present, the household ventilation system is basically mechanical ventilation system while ERV(energy recovery ventilation) is not widespread. In this paper, it mainly explores the total heat recovery ventilation which is one kind of ERV, and its efficiency and performance are studied.
