邯郸城化进程实证分析及战略研究 = Practical analysis and strategy research to urbanization process of HanDan city

Urbanization is a objective rule of human being development, following on the economic development, the population all over the world have gradually moved from rural areas to urban zones, due to this, the 21St century is named the city’s century. Urbanization is the characteristic of modern society, during this century the Chinese modernization construction has to push forward its process of urbanization. Under globalization, fully building well-offs society and deepening competitions between cities circumstances, it is very important to make a judgement and analysis to the urbanization level of HanDan, furthermore, to suggest the urbanization development strategy in accordance with its actual situation of HanDan. This presentation considers that the process of urbanization level in HanDan is seriously behind of the level of economy development and industrialization at this time, it has violated the urbanization development rule of the world and resulted in a series of damages, which is in terms of analysis & research. The fundamental outline for accelerating its process of urbanization is about to make a city draft, to innovative system, then to establish rational & effective city framework; and to increase its accumulating & radiating functions, to fully promote overall elements; and to reflect the characteristic of HanDan, to coordinate the relationship between central city and countyzoned economy, then to play central role in the course of zone economy & society development, and to realize urban &rural development coordinately. For these purposes, it is necessary to take large scale city and county city as core and to speed up city framework construction; and to follow newly industry way characteristic with labour-intensively, and to stimulate the flowing speed from rural area to urban zone; and to develop city competitive advantages, to increase accumulating effect.
