This project is to locate cracks on any component surface before it physically happens by using a Kelvin Probe scanning method. Doing so, it can reduce the cost of replacement of the expensive parts in any equipment. In addition, it also reduces the amount of trash produce. This Kelvin Probe Scanning Station is divided into five final year projects, where this report consists of analysis and works done for the final year project entitled: Building of Kelvin Probe Workstation: Software. An introduction on how Kelvin Probe workstation detects crack on component’s surface and the objective of this final year project is being explained.
