This Final Year Project is about forensic analysis of a 30 storeys tall building failure. This analysis is to determine the cause of the sudden column structural failure in the building by using ETABS 2015. ETABS 2015 is a structural analysis and modeling software to aid in the investigation. Modeling of the structure will be done first before proceeding to the analyzing stage. In this case, there are two possibilities leading to the structural failure, it is either due to the water tank loading at the top of the building or the settlement. The analysis based on water tank will be the focus in this report, different cases and combination of dead, live and water load will be analyzed using ETABS.Bachelor of Engineering (Civil
