Permanent magnet synchronous generators with high efficiency, high reliability and good control characteristics, have been widely used. Therefore, a good performance of control approach is necessary. As we know, the backstepping approach, a recursive Lyapunov-based scheme, has flexibility to avoid cancellations of useful nonlinearities and achieve regulation and tracking properties.
