Indonesia is a developing country that had undergone substantial financial reforms that altered the characteristic of its entire banking industry. Indonesia has 240 commercial banks with assets size ranging from 20,000 million rupiah to more than 1 trillion rupiah. The great size and profitability differential amongst the 240 commercial banks led to the hypothesis that differences in asset size and management style has a significant impact on the operating and profitability characteristic of Indonesian banks.Master of Business Administratio
