Power system stability has been one of the utmost importance in power engineering. Power system stability is the ability to recover the operation of the system to steady state condition in the shortest time possible. There are 3 types of stabilities depending on the nature of disturbances namely steady state stability, transient stability and dynamic stability. This report will mainly focus on the transient stability. Transient stability is one of the way which will help in stabilising the system and maintain the expected power delivery.
