This study examines the effects of national cultural differences on the implementation of BSC in Singapore. Two dimensions of Hofstede’s cultural theory are tested. Results demonstrated that differences in the level of power distance and collectivism, particularly organization structure and organizational communication, differed significantly between adopters and non-adopters of BSC
