The hardliner military stance undertaken by most governments are a direct reaction to this fear. This paper will put forth yet another angle in the fight against this global war that has yet to have been emphasised in considerable detail. This paper will contend that negotiation in addition to the measures already undertaken can help to mitigate the threat of Islamist Terrorism.
