Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) commonly known as a drone, is an aircraft without a human pilot on board. [1] It can be manually controlled using a ground-based radio frequency controller or operate autonomously through a ground control software by setting waypoints and endpoint. This paper summarizes the current work on using an object recognition algorithm to initiate precision landing for indoor drones.
