I shall refer to the public right in fairy tales in light of the contribute of the folkloristic studies about authorship in fairy tales with a specific attention for those scholars who worked on an individual concept of authorship, such as Marke Azadovskij, Linda Dégh, Luz Rörich, R. Wehse and Key Stone.
