This project was conducted to provide an online learning platform for the module EE2003 for students to comprehend the concepts of semiconductors. To cultivate a new learning method, as well as to make studying more interesting and interactive, two web applications with information-graphics were designed and developed to determine how electromagnetic field of semiconductors are affected by different factors. The web applications were implemented through HTML5, CSS and JAVASCRIPT coding, and will be uploaded onto NTULearn.
