Fabrication of simple polymer electrolytes made by PVDF impregnated with liquid organic electrolyte solution and PSS:H polyelectrolyte and used as solid polymer electrolyte in flexible capacitor device were demonstrated. An electrical double layer capacitance as high as 57.70 Fg-1 with CNT paper electrodes in such device was achieved with PVDF impregnated with 1 M LiPF6 battery solution.
