A noise reduction algorithm has been developed for digital hearing aids. A wearable digital hearing aid has also been developed and is undergoing clinical trials. The hearing aid processor is being further miniaturized by designing and fabricating integrated circuits. A FPGA version of the hearing aid has been developed.RG 22/9
