In the past few decades, technology about life sciences developed very rapidly. The research on in vivo imaging helps scientists understand the mystery of life and helped a lot to human health. Optical imaging is one of the hot topics in this field. However, small maximum imaging depth is a big challenge for this imaging modality. To deal with this problem, photoacoustic tomography was developed. Photoacoustic microscopy (PAM) is one of the implementation.
