This research examines the relationship between narcissistic traits of Generation Y (Gen Y) and 10 job preferences. It aims to explore and help employers understand the narcissistic trait of Gen Y and its possible implication on their job preferences. A survey was administered over an online survey portal. 271 valid responses, made up of 57.9% female and 42.1% male respondents, were received. A 16-factor Narcissistic Personality Inventory (NPI-16) was used to measure the levels of narcissism within individuals in our survey.
