This thesis consist of 2 sections. Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) is a new trend in mobile phones. Through WAP it is possible to connect to the Internet anytime and anywhere. Issues on WAP usability need to be carefully studied in order to maintain a user-centred approach in the design. This is a great challenge, as more people will want to access Internet on the go.
