A CMOS switched-capacitor current reference for mixed-signal circuit applications designed in 40nm technology. The switched-capacitor provides a stable current that is least dependent on the temperature. The current produced by the switched-capacitor will be used in a biasing circuit to produce a reference current. This project design will be using 1.2V supply voltage to achieve and output of 10µA reference current. The design and simulation are done in the Cadence software.Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronic Engineering
