Methods to reduce radar cross section have been extensively studied for military applications. By reducing their radar signature, planes and ships can be invisible to enemy radar. Deceiving can be done by not just hiding. Actual objects can also be presented as a much bigger target on the radar. A small and light unmanned aerial vehicle can possess the radar signature of a fighter aircraft for example, and act as a decoy. This project looks into enhancement of backscattering of an object using the concept of antenna array. The bandwidth of the enhancement is examined. The same enhancement technique is also adopted in shifting the centre frequency of the enhancement. The practicality of this method of enhancement on a thick structure is also...
