Chinese Art of Tea has been in practice since five thousand years ago. More than just an art of taste, the Chinese Tea Art exemplifies the traditional values and spirit of the Chinese Culture. It has a rich philosophy, which is summed up in four important characteristics: Harmony (和), Tranquility (静), Fulfillment (怡) and Truth (真). ‘Teaspiration’ seeks to investigate and experiment to see if the Art of Tea can enhance one’s mood positively, give inspiration and in turn heighten one’s creativity. This art form could be a possible alternative when one is faced with high stress or bottlenecks.Bachelor of Fine Art
