The genetic code, which directs the protein biosynthesis, is an information system [1]. Although not all of its details are known at present, its necessary characteristics are clearly visible for the replication, transcription and translation of the genetic message. Numerous researches have been carried out which shows there appears to be an existence of a universal structure or mechanism which allows the enzymes to repair and protect the fidelity of non-replicating DNA and increase the replication accuracy rate.
