Microscope is a complex scientific instrument and it is relatively difficult to learn for undergraduates. Therefore, two tutorial videos were made to help students in the learning of the microscope. One video introduces various components and light paths of microscope. The other one shows how to operate the microscope based on the BS2010 Bio-imaging practical protocol (attached in the appendix). These videos were made available in YouTube for students. From the view statistics on YouTube and the feedbacks of students, it seems that these tutorial videos were effective in teaching students on how to use the microscope.Bachelor of Science in Biological Science
