113 p.In this dissertation, a complete face recognition system, including face detection, alignment and verification is developed on mobile device. The face recognition system prototype is built on 02 XDA Flame mobile phone running at 1 frame per 2 second, which is almost capable for real-time face recognition application. Face detection and face verification are based on subspace method - one of state-of-art techniques for face recognition. Face alignment is achieved through eye detection and it is very fast.
